The story
This time the story takes place 3 years after Disgaea 1,and the setting is on a planet called Veldime.A once peaceful human world,until a dreaded curse plagued the lands of this world.This curse was caused by Overlord Zenon,all the humans in the world slowly turned into demons,as years went by their memories of being human slowly faded away,and this once beautiful world became the next Netherworld.15 years has passed since then,and a ritual to summon Overlord Zenon is about to take place in the town of Horuruto.You play the role of a Demon Hunter by the name of Adel,who has sworn he will be the one to rid of the curse on his home world.But an accident happens during the ritual and instead of getting Overlord Zenon,it turns out to be Zenon's daugther,Rozalin.This could be bad for him,but it's also one small step to getting closer to Zenon.
