New changes from Dis1 to Dis2

Toss and throw
This changed just a little,now you can toss enemies or your own players where other players are standing as they catch them.You can also do Tower attacks,this happens when a player is holding a couple of players above them,allowing the character on the bottom to attack first,sending the enemy up the tower as the others take a beating to the enemy.Capturing is just about the same from Dis1.

Felonies
A new system in Disgaea 2,instead of being the good guy,you can commit certain felonies making you look like the bad guy.The benefits of having a felony has more of an influence on the Dark Assembly,with each Felony you get,it will increase your EXP,very similiar to "Staticians" from Disgaea1.And you will get a small discount in the shops.When you are ready to receive a Felonly talk to the Post Officer to give you one.After that,go to the Item World with the Subpoena the Officer gave you to,from the Felony you selected.Find the gate to the Dark Court,and you will be given a Felony.Keep in mind,that the character who was issued a felony can also have other characters get the same felony as well.The Prinny Judge may find it odd that more than one person is in there,but it doesn't bother them.

Item World
This has also changed as well,the Item World has small towns and hidden rooms you will encounter.Each room has different outcomes depending on who is inside these rooms,some might even have shops as well.Then there are the chances of being attacked by Pirates.If you defeat these pirates,you will get a Treasure Map,there are 16 in all,collect them all and you will able to gain access to the Land of Carnage.

The Dark Assembly
Of course the Dark Assembly is back,but it has some new things this time.Bribing has changed a little,you can use Gold or Sweets and other items that make bribing an automatic "yes",but it doesnt always apply to ever Senator.Depending on which type of Senator you bribe,may also effect the other members of their party or rather the others that are like them.Example:Say you give an item a Wood Golem would really like,all the other Wood Golems in the room will have their influence increase as well.But there is also a chance where another party's influence may go down.Sometimes the Senators will show up either drunk or asleep.There are items to fix this,but becareful when doing so,sometimes they get cranky if you snap them out of their happy place.
There are even certain senators that make an appearance before the vote begins.These senators are very different,and have much of a stronger influence on everyone else.If this special Senator asks for a certain item he/she wants,giving it to them makes them really happy,and of course will give you a definite vote.For giving the item to them,in return,for anyone else who opposes the idea,they will get rid of them,making sure the proposal will pass.But if you fail to do so,your proposal may just automatically not pass at all.You can also get Adel to become a senator later on.

The Dark World
The Dark World is mainly a dark version of Veldime,where the enemies are different than the previous maps and places you've been to.In order to access this place,you have to find 5 switches in Adel's hometown,after finding these 5 switches,look for a black figure with the name of "Friday Mk. II".Once you defeat her,she will let you into the Dark World.To find these switches,look into the secret section. Also the more Dark World maps you complete,you can get 2 certain Proposals shown in the Dark Assembly.

The Land of Carnage
This place can only be opened once you have collected all 16 Treasure Maps.Land of Carnage has an effect on the Item World and probably the only place where you can find really good equipment.You can also recruit Kurtis,Akutare and Fubuki.Keep in mind,you can only recruit them here and they can not leave LoC at all.

How many endings are there in total?
There are a total of 9.How to get these endings can be found in the secret section.Here are the names of these endings:
Normal ending[Considered the Good ending],and Felony Ending 2[The really bad ending],these endings are ones that are story related and end at the very last chapter of the game,while starting a new cycle.
Felony ending 1,Tink's Ending,Etna's ending,Laharl's ending,Mid-Boss ending[a.k.a Proposal ending 1],Laharl's 2nd ending[Proposal ending 2]these endings are optional and are triggered by certain requirements,why two endings for Laharl?The first one is when you encounter Laharl in the story,the second ending can be passed by the Dark Assembly.

How many class types are there?
Its split up into Humanoid type and Monster type just like Disgaea 1.For Humanoid type there are 17 class types.As for Monsters,there are 17 different types.
