About Disgaea 3

Classroom
The base where all your characters will be at.You can talk to them and stuff,but it's mainly used to talk to Student Council for proposals and setting up clubs.When you have passed the proposal for "School Board",whatever teacher you have at the front of the class,and whatever students you have in that club AND sitting in the front row,will have stat changes.Each teacher provides a different description of who they are and what they boost.

Clubs
Going Homers
Nothing special,one of the first clubs to get,just has a lot of room.
Honor Students
Members gain 10% Exp that are adjacent from their classmates.
Robber Shop
Members gain 50% Mana that are adjacent from their classmates.
Lift Inspectors
Members can use the skill "Dual Throw".
Corner Res. Group
Members seated in a corner gain 25% Exp from each killl.
The Punk Org.
Members seated in the back row gain 50% more HL from each kill.
Magintology
Magichange weapon from monster gives +5% to stats,and lasts one more turn.
Gods of Cookery
Members can double the effect from Recovery Items.
Nursing Club
Can enable Legendary item rewards at the Hospital.Reduces fees by 10% for each member.
True Robber Shop
Members get Mana instead of the character sitting adjacent to them,just think of the members in this group who like to leech mana from others around them.[Complete all stages for House of Ordeals]
Hall Monitors
Do a "Backpack Check" to a Rep once during Homeroom voting for each member in the club.
Tora no ana
Bring in Lukina the "X-Dimension Guide" to the Academy.
Music Club
Can enable selection of BGM for the Item World.
[Look for Tenpay the Succubus in the Item World,after you have found her and bought songs,the proposal will be put up.]
Comrade! Club
Leader gains 10% of dead characters' stats that are sitting adjacent to them.[Defeat Prism Ranger Red]
Wednesday Team
Increases the chance of the Innocent Town apearing by 10% for each member in the club.
Birdmen Watchers
Allows Mao to jump atleast 50% higher when not in battle.Increases up to 100% as Mao's level goes up.[Reach Mao's level to 5,000 to get the highest Treasure Chest.]
GlassesGirlLovers
Enable Glasses to be bought at the shops.
Justice Legion NW
Enable Belts to be bought at the shops.
Shoe Artisans
Enable Shoes to be bought at the shops.
Student Council
Allows access to the Class World,Sir Pri begins to visit randomly.
Election Committee
Members can become voting Reps for you during Homeroom votes.
[Announcement shows up on any map you are or in the Item World.The cause is through passing bills in the Student Council,they say it's atleast 3 or more.Really unsure of that.]
School Board
Leader can pick a taecher from the list to receive level up bonuses.
PPP
Leader can utilize Reverse Pirating.Members can increase Pirate encounter rate.
Shura Support Grp
Humanoids can include their weapon stats for Magichange,but Magichange last 1 turn.

Toss and throw
This time Dis3 has gone all out with this,they have brought back the tower attack,which has two more attack methods added in.It also seems from the trailers,that characters can "bounce" from one character to another.And the most interesting feature,for those hard to reach places...you can have a character walk up the tower of players,like its nothing.

Magichange
Now monsters have the ability to morph into weapons,allowing the weapon user and the monster to initiate a combo attack together.Keep in mind,they must be in the Same Club,both the weapon user and the monster,in order for the Magichange fusion to work.Each monster changes into different weapons.

Item World
Just like in Disgaea 2,pirates make a come back,whats even better? You can actually hijack a pirate's ship and claim them as your own.Other pirates can also get aboard your ship as well.

The Dark Assembly
It wouldnt be Disgaea without the Dark Assembly,now would it? This time the DA is now also the Student Council.Remember,just because the chance of approval looks extremely low...doesn't mean you can't win! The system works just like Disgaea 2's,this includes bribing,except it has a bar on the side that keeps score of the yes and no from the Student Council.If it reaches half way[which is in the red],your approval is definately in favor.If all else fails...Persuade by Force!!
Also if you manage to approve the club,Hall Monitor,you can also use that to take items from the Senators during voting.

Class World
One of the new features in Disgaea 3,this is yet another way to help build your character's stats and gain a lot of mana.In order to get started with Class World,you have to pass the club "Student Council".Once you have that out of the way,you have to put some characters into that club,then...go about to any other places in the game,and eventually a notice of Sir Pri's arrival will show up.
Go back to the Academy,and look for him..you can't really miss him,he is the only Prinny with an Afro.Talk to him,and select which character you want to use,to go inside their Class World[remember,the person you choose doesnt have to be in the Student Council club].You have a choice of Boost subjects and can also get skills from other members,it only works if whatever person you choose for their Class World,has to be in a club with other members in there too.
After that,it is only 10 floors you have to go through,and the enemy level stays the same as to whatever level your character is.Make sure you clear out all the geo blocks in order to reduce the mana cost for the Boost Subject or whatever it is you picked,and head to the ninth floor.And if you see a clone of the character you picked,which is called a Drop-Out,kill him/her immediately,which effect the character's stats after you have finished the Class World.
Going to the 10th floor,unlocks a Secret Gate,clear out all the geo blocks one last time and the gate will appear.Once in there,you have a choice of extending whatever club that character is in[the character you chose for the Class World mind you] or getting a Secret Skill.Keep in mind,getting the Secret Skill doesn't happen right away,so just keep trying!

How many endings are there in total?
There are a total of 8 endings.[Will explain the rest later]:
Most of the endings are story related.While others are optional and are triggered by certain requirements.

Post-game
Just like the previous Post-game from Dis1 and Dis2,once you beat the original story you have a choice of going to extra maps and going to optional bosses.Well that's still here in Disgaea 3,except it's been put together as a side story....which basically includes the optional characters tagging along to look for something that was stolen from each and every one of them[except for Laharl and them,they just wanted some extra screen time <3],as Mao and the gang all had something stolen from them.Later on,they discover an evil tyrant overlord is behind this...who else could it be? Other than you know who...

How many class types are there?
The same class types are brought back from the previous Disgaea games,along with some new ones:

Berserker
Witch Docter
Which would make a total of 19,while some of the older classes have been given a new look,like the Priest[Male],and the brawlers. So far there are 19 monster types and new ones added as well.
