Maritsu Academy
A Netherworld school established to produce excellent demons. It is unknown when it was founded and by who.The entire school is divided into tens or hundreds of sections, possibly making it hard for the school principal to keep track of.Simply put;its very easy to get lost in this place. Each classroom is differnt from others, created for certain environments and also traps in use for training.
The school is divided into three levels of students, teachers, and helper prinnies.Level 1 students are basically beginners,Level 2 are above these normal demons, and show up whenever, while the Level 3 are the most advanced.

Taken from the Disgaea 3 website and translated by Arashiken:
The school rules primarily consist of one line.
"One, do not follow the school rules."
Quite a few students and teachers have pondered this. However, by nature demons usually don't think too deeply about things, so the only ones who would worry over the existence of something unimportant like the school rules are the diligent, serious delinquent students.Beyond that one, there are some other basic rules designed to raise up splendid demons.

Rule 4: Don't do good things.
Rule 9: Run in the halls.
Rule 13: Be deliberate and thorough in your cheating.
Rule 666: Lick the bottom of the lid on your yogurt.

Not coming to school, skipping classes, being late, leaving early, and other sorts of truant activity are praised.Bad students who act like demons should are called honor students, while those who do things like attend class and volunteer, i.e. good kids who do things that aren't fitting for demons, are called delinquent students. If you thoughtlessly attend class diligently, you'll be scolded by the teachers, so as yet no one has graduated from the academy.Since the teachers also skip, the classrooms being completely empty during class time is an everyday sight.
